The structure of the vulcanizing machine is a column structure, and the pressing mode is a downward pressure type.
This machine is equipped with a double pump, which is directly driven by an electric motor. The electric motor is started by a magnetic starter and has built-in overload protection. When the electric motor is overloaded or encounters a fault, it will automatically stop.
The double-layer hot plate of this machine is accurately installed in the middle of the four columns and is equipped with a guide frame. This machine can be heated by tubular electric heating elements without the need for a boiler, reducing air pollution, keeping the workshop clean, easy to operate, safe and reliable. Steam heating can also be used. It can be used as a stand-alone machine and is user-friendly. This machine is equipped with an oil storage tank in the lower left corner, which contains oil for the circulation of the oil pump. The type of oil used is recommended to be hydraulic oil. The oil must be filtered through a mesh/filter before being injected into the fuel tank. The oil must be kept clean and free from impurities.
3. Management and operation of flat plate vulcanizing machine
This machine is equipped with an electrical control box for operating, stopping and controlling the heating system of the motor. The control handle on the control valve controls the flow direction of the pressure oil. Before using the equipment, filtered pure oil should be injected into the oil storage tank. There is an oil filling hole on the oil tank. The oil filling height should be according to the height of the oil mark.
Before normal use of the equipment, it must undergo an idling test run. Before the test run, you should first check whether the connecting parts are loose and whether the pipelines are firm. The specific requirements for test run are as follows:
Pull down the control handle of the control valve, open the control valve, start the oil pump, and let the oil pump idle for a few minutes before running without load until the sound is normal.
Pull the handle upward, close the control valve, and allow hydraulic oil with a certain pressure to enter the cylinder, causing the plunger to rise until the hot plate is closed.
. The number of times the hot plate should be closed during the dry run test should not be less than once. After confirming that the machine meets the design requirements, it can be put into normal use.
